Lead Vision EOOD processes the following information about its users in connection with:

• Sending a message or inquiry for a specific service through the contact form available on the website – first name, last name, e-mail address;
• Sending a CV to the office e-mail address in relation to published job vacancies – full name, date of birth, address, telephone, e-mail address, photograph, education, professional qualification, and data concerning your previous experience;
• Non-personal information – IP address when you browse the content or use services on the website. Cookies are used to identify the browser or device you use.

Use of Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

1. In response to your inquiry submitted through the contact form, we use your data to contact you and to provide a timely response to your questions and comments;
2. When applying for a vacant job position.

Your personal data is processed by Lead Vision EOOD on the territory of Bulgaria. Hosting and storage of your data are carried out within the European Union or in third countries with an adequacy decision for an adequate level of protection.

Retention Period for Personal Data

We store your data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected and in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, as follows:

• Data collected in connection with an inquiry is not retained if the offer is not approved;
• Accounting documents and accompanying information related to the performance of contracts are retained for 10 years, starting from 1 January of the reporting period following the reporting period to which they relate, pursuant to Art. 12 of the Bulgarian Accounting Act;
• CVs/resumes of job applicants are retained until the completion of the selection procedure.

After the expiry of the specified period, your data will be destroyed.
